What we actually do

Cutting, stitching, sole attachment, trimming, inspection and packing all happen in our own workshop in Zhouxiang, Cixi — the part of Ningbo that has been making slippers for decades. That is deliberate. It means the sample you approve is made on the same line as your bulk order, by the people who will make it.

OEM and ODM

Most of our work is OEM: you bring the design, the artwork or an existing sample, and we build the production pattern around it. For buyers who arrive with a shelf price and a market rather than a design, we develop to that instead — proposing the construction that reaches the number without looking cheap in the hand.

How we handle quality

Inspection happens at three points: after cutting, after assembly, and before packing. We keep a physical retention sample from every run and hold the approved sample for each account, so a reorder is measured against something real. Third-party inspection is welcome — if your retailer insists on it, we would rather arrange it early than argue about it later.

Certifications

  • ISO 9001:2015 — quality management
  • BSCI — social compliance audit
  • SEDEX / SMETA 4-Pillar
  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — textile safety
  • Walmart FCCA
  • Disney ILS

If your market or retailer requires a specific test or audit that is not on this list, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.

How to start

Send a design, a photo, an existing sample, or just a target price and a destination port. You will get a straight answer on what is possible, what it costs and how long it takes — and if the answer is that we are not the right factory for it, we will say that too.
