Memory Foam Slippers
Memory foam and moulded-sole slippers where the comfort story has to survive the second order. We fix the foam density and rebound specification up front so batch two feels like batch one.
Memory foam is the easiest thing to get wrong at scale. Change the foam supplier or the density and the slipper your customer loved last season comes back flat. We lock the specification in the sample stage and record it against the order.
Build options
- Footbed: 20-45 kg/m3 memory foam over EVA, or a moulded one-piece sole
- Cover: knitted mesh, velour, micro-suede, terry
- Structure: slip-on, backless mule, closed-back house shoe
- Finishing: compression packing for container efficiency

We keep a physical retention sample from every run, so if a buyer disputes rebound two seasons later there is something to compare against.
