Where the cost actually sits
- Pile weight: 180-320 gsm sherpa and fleece, faux fur trims
- Backing: woven backing vs knitted lining changes both feel and price
- Sole: fabric sole for boxed gift sets, TPR or EVA for year-round retail
- Packing: polybag, hangtag, gift box, compression - all quoted separately
Timing
Fleece fabric is booked early in the season. Confirm the programme in spring and you get the pile weight you specified; leave it to midsummer and the mill decides for you.
