Three properties, one specification
A hotel group running three properties wanted one approved slipper across all of them, with mixed-size cartons for housekeeping stock control.
Multi-property groups usually end up with three slightly different slippers. The brief here was the opposite: one specification, one approved sample, and a reorder process simple enough for a procurement team to run without a new round of sampling.
